Created from over 600 hours of footage, this set includes never-before-seen material as well as over 100 classic Kovacs comedy bits and routines. Also seen is footage from Kovacs' game show Take a Good Look, Ernie associate Edie Adams' infamous Marilyn Monroe imitation and interviews with his associates and admirers. Ernie Kovacs was a comedy genius whose innovations are remarkable; he could also be quite daring in his satires, especially for the time. But innovative or daring though his comedy may have been, it was always utterly hilarious
